Planning Tea for Six

I've (finally) pared down Victoria's birthday party.  It got so large last year, it was difficult for me to enjoy some of it.  However, I did enjoy the photographs later.

This year, I'm going for a completely different feel.  Vintage.  Quaint.  Small.  Personal.
Something she'll truly remember.
